At The Sleep Fixer, sleep is made simple.
I help people of all ages sleep better by cutting through the noise, the overwhelm, and the one-size-fits-all advice. With 15 years of experience supporting adults, children, and neurodivergent individuals, my approach is grounded in science, shaped by real life, and delivered with warmth and honesty.
This isn’t about chasing “perfect” sleep.
It’s about understanding your sleep, working with your body (not against it), and building a calm, confident relationship with rest.
Through personalised coaching and practical, easy-to-apply strategies, I guide you to sleep that feels achievable, restorative, and sustainable; even when life is busy, messy, or unpredictable.
Because sleep isn’t a luxury.
It’s a basic human need — and when it works, everything else feels easier.

Why The Sleep Fixer Exists
The Sleep Fixer exists because sleep support has become unnecessarily complicated and too often out of reach.
I’ve seen powerful sleep science buried under jargon, rigid rules, and pressure to “do sleep right,” leaving exhausted people feeling blamed or overwhelmed.
When sleep becomes something to fix, track, or perfect, the body often does the opposite.
My work is about removing that pressure.
By simplifying the science and working with the body’s natural biology, sleep is allowed to return without force or fear.
Because when people understand what’s happening in their body, sleep becomes possible again and everyone deserves access to that understanding.
